The safety light curtain (photoelectric protection device, safety grating) is cost-effective and maximizes the protection of the operator's personal safety!

1. Working principle:

The safety light curtain consists of a light emitting device, a light receiving device, a reflector, a controller (optional), signal cables, and control cables. 

The light emitted by the illuminator is reflected back to the receiver through the reflector, forming a 2-3 sided area protective light curtain. When the light curtain is obstructed, the light receiver generates a light blocking signal, which is transmitted to the controller through a signal cable. The controller processes this signal to generate a control signal, which controls the braking control circuit of the machine tool or other equipment alarm devices to achieve machine tool parking or safety alarm.

2. Applicable safety light curtain model:

The SNQ series is suitable for machine tools (machine table tops) or protection areas with a protection length of 4-6 meters or less.

The STQ series is suitable for machine tools (machine tables) or protection areas with a protection length of 8-12 meters or less.

The SQL series is suitable for protecting machine tools (machine countertops) or protected areas with a length of less than 24-40 meters.
