1 Basic Introduction

This safety module, including emergency stop monitoring, safety door monitoring, safety grating monitoring, and cam detection, meets the requirements of EN ISO13849-1 PL e.

Two handed button monitoring complies with the requirements of BS EN574-1996 IIIC.

The wiring is simple and easy to operate, and the safety module is mainly used for safety control of machine tools and bending machines:

Multiple emergency stop monitoring.

U 2-way safety door or safety hydrant monitoring.

1.3 Characteristics

The raster operation has both "automatic" and "forced manual" reset modes.

U relay contact output: 2 sets of normally open (N/O) safety contact outputs, and 1 set of normally closed (N/C) auxiliary contact outputs.

U ordinary transistor output (emergency stop, grating, safety door, both hands).

Provide feedback control loop for monitoring external contactors/relays (dual valve).

This security module meets the following security requirements:

The U circuit is equipped with self monitoring redundant circuits and uses a dual MCU control system.

Even if one component is damaged, the safety function remains effective.

The safety function of the safety module can be automatically detected by correctly opening and closing during each switch cycle.
